There is so much I can say about Ellen, her workouts and the community she has created. Ellen is by far the nicest person you'll ever interact with. She only wants the best for you. And she knows how to get that outta you. Ellen's workouts are well-structured, straightforward, and easy to follow. I really appreciate how approachable and effective her training style is. The community Ellen has created is amazing. There are a few of us that are day 1s, who signed up in December and are still here nearly 9mths later. But, even the people that joined 1 or 2 programmes ago, have become a massive part of my training. My encouragement. My day. I love catching up with them, daily. We hold eachother accountable. Boost each other's motivation and help with mindsets. I honestly can't recommend Ellen and her community enough! Thanks for everything, Ellen 🫶🏻🙌🏼

I loved this challenge. It got me to work out 5 times a week, instead of maybe 2 times a week. The workouts are fun and challenging. Ellen is a real personal trainer during these challenges. She motivates every day and aswers any question you may have about the exercises or the challenge in general. I appreciate her videos of the exercises, they were very helpful and easy to apply. I especially liked the switch up in exercises halfway the challenge. Special shoutout to the community, we were in this together. 🧡 I already signed up for the next challenge. 🎯

Summer Shift was definitely worth it! I liked the structure of the program and the flexibility each week offers. I definitely have a better understanding of how a full body workout week looks now. The only difficulty I experienced was not having the same workout equipment available at my gym/home. I think it would be cool to identify at least one alternative for each exercise. For example, what's some alternatives to lunges? I like the fact that I don't have to think about what I'm doing, it was already laid out for 6 weeks. Ellen was responsive to everyone's questions and the community is very engaging. Summer Shift has been a wonderful experience and I plan to sign up for the next session. I'm excited to have continued access to this regimen in the future too!

I am just finishing the 6-week Summer Shift challenge with Ellen, and it was an amazing experience! The workouts were easy to follow but still pushed me outside my comfort zone, which made it both approachable and challenging at the same time. The community Ellen has built around this program was such a huge motivator—everyone was so encouraging and supportive, which kept me accountable and excited to show up each day. Finishing my fourth challenge with Ellen and can’t recommend her enough. Ellen’s programming is great for any fitness level, whether you’re a newbie or regular to working out. I’ve been following Ellen’s programs for almost two years and still find the challenges engaging and challenging. My favorite part of following Ellen’s challenges is that she keeps things realistic. From the food she eats to taking rest days when needed, she sets the example for how to build a fitness lifestyle without giving up foods or working your body to exhaustion. Ellen also shows that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see results, you just need to be consistent which is what her programs help build. Excited to continue my fitness journey with Ellen!

At the age of 50, I now have completed 3 of her challenges. These challenges have taught me so much about myself. I have grown more stronger and confident with each challenge she has done. I love the fact that I can walk in to a gym, be 100% confident on how to use each machine to work each muscle group that day. Whether your a novis, or an extreme fitness guru, these challenges are for ALL levels and ALL age groups. What really keeps my coming back is the WONDERFUL AMAZING community we have on each challenge. Ellen does her very best to keep these challenges real, keeps them fun and definitely keeps me engaged where I know I will not give up. So, if you are reading this review, I strongly suggest signing up for one of her challenges, I promise you, you will not be disappointed. The only negative I have, is you WILL BE sore after your workouts if you perform them correctly. Lol! One last thing, Solin has a wonderful meal plan as well with so many delicious high protein breakfasts, lunches and dinners, even snacks and desserts. So, what do you have to loose? Ellen is AMAZING!!! SO SIGN UP NOW FOR HER NEXT CHALLENSE STARTING SEPT 1. I have gone from a size 12-14 down to a size 6 since starting her challenges in March of 2025.

This was my first ever challenge with Ellen so I didn't know what to expect going in as I had never done anything like this before. Ellen made it super easy to follow with videos on how to do the workouts and tracking weights/reps on her app. These workouts had gym and home versions so if I couldn't make it to the gym, I had ways to do it at home. The community she has is absolutely amazing, everyone there is so kind and encouraging! This helped keep me motivated throughout the challenge. I will 100% recommend her challenge's to everyone! This challenge helped kick start my health journey and I'm loving the results so far!

This was my first time joining one of Ellens challenges and it was amazing! I fell out of fitness over a year ago, started back up this year and came across this challenge and it has been super motivating between the community it comes with and the exercises she has in the splits. It’s the kick start I needed and saw amazing results in just the 6 weeks. Life was lifing and I felt like I was having too many complications with my health. Thankfully the Mayhem Challenge popped up on my feed and I knew I had to join. I have been following Ellen for some years now and the way she has transformed her body is amazing. I started at 246 lbs and today I am 235 lbs. Catching Covid twice, each time I got it, it caused me to gain 20 lbs. Now when I step into the gym, I know what workouts I need to do and how to do them as well as what they can do for me and my body. I still have a long ways to go as I would like to see myself I believe at 170 so this will def not be the last challenge I sign up for with Ellen. When I step into the gym I step with great confidence and pride of how I am being transformed. I love knowing what exercises I need to work on bcus it keeps me motivated and in just this short time I can see the difference in my body, my confidence and knowledge of the machines. I can’t Thank Ellen enough for her hard work and dedication through all of this and the wants to see people transform themselves. I love it! I legit dont even know where to start with this review, but I decided to start with the community. I have done all 3 of Ellen challenges and with each challenge, the community gets more encouraging, friendly, and vocal. I don't think people engaged on Revive as much as they do now and that shows how much the community believes in Ellen. People will confidently speak up now because they've seen the progress they have made. They can feel the changes. Mentally and physically. Where as on the 1st challenge nobody knew what was to come. Or if it even would. But, this here and now, shows how much we, the participants, believe in Ellen and what she does. Not only are the workout structured but they're also super easy to follow. The videos for each exercise, are simple and straightforward. Now, the main lady, Ellen. She is by far the easiest, most genuine, humble person you'd probably ever have the pleasure of talking and working with. She genuinely cares and wants to help you become the best version of yourself. Honestly, hand on heart, scouts honour, if you're looking for a new challenge to get that hot girl/boy summer body, then you're 1000000% in the right place. 1st January 2025 I was 15st13lb, 223LBs, and unhappy. Today, 19th June 2025 I am 12st12lb, 180LBs, happy and loving my progress thus far. I can't, and won't ever be able to thank Ellen enough for how much she has helped me. Forever grateful. Not only are the workouts challenging and beyond effective, the results are INCREDIBLE! Ellen has created such a positive community within her challenges, that you feel uplifted, encouraged, and supported during them, not only by her, but the "gym family" that you become part of within the group. Its more than I expected because Ellen actually updates us on her progress, and actually is involved with the community. I had no idea she was also gonna be doing the challenge with us, I feel a lot more motivated that my favorite fitness influencer is by my side along the way. Ellen’s MAYhem challenge had been awesome so far. This is the third one I’ve done and everyone has been different. It keeps the body guessing and everyday in the gym different. I would recommend her challenges for the amateur, casual, or expert in the gym. There are also home versions in case you can make it to the gym. She’s very engaging and genuinely cares about everyone’s health and fitness. You can reach out to her on the app and she will get back with you. I definitely give this 6 out of 5 stars.

This is my second program/challenge with Ellen, and I haven’t changed my mind about what I said in revive challenge. Ellen is a real inspiration and these challenges are amazing. The support in the community from Ellen and other challengers are a big help in getting up everyday and giving it your all in the workouts even when you don’t want to. The demonstration videos that Ellen provides are a huge asset in knowing how to do the workout correctly and if you still have questions about anything Ellen is very responsive in the community and answers all questions. These challenges really help me create a routine and go into the gym with a plan instead of wasting time wondering what I should do next. I followed Ellen’s Tik Tok and Instagram for about a month prior to joining March Madness. I joined because I loved her passion for fitness and felt that she could help me on my losing weight and building muscle journey. I am extremely satisfied with the March Madness program and fitness routine. The workouts were easy to follow due to the videos that Ellen provided. After posting my after pictures, and comparing them to my before pictures I have definitely made progress. I am one of those people who refuse to weigh in because I don’t want to discourage myself, however, I have dropped two sizes and I can see the improvement in the pictures. In the last year I have tried 3 other programs. This program was the first time I felt fully supported to the point of enjoying the community just as much as the program. As a 50 year old mom of 4 kids I really enjoyed the March Madness challenge. When I began this journey nearly 5 weeks ago, I thought I would have given up. But, Ellen's community and the people who did the March Madness kept me and still continue to keep me motivated. What I was afraid of was going to th gym. I was always lost and didn't know what to do at the gym. So therefore, I have up. I started this challenge at home but now, I have steadily walked in to the gym 5 days a week with great confidence. Ellen's "how to do" videos are extremely helpful with building my confidence at the gym. I go there daily and know exactly what to do each day. This is so extremely helpful not only to me but my son has joined in going to the gym as well. I loved this challange! This is the first one that I have participated in, it was great having a goal walking into the gym. It made tracking my weights so much easier allowing me to progress without thinkinh about it. The different exercises kept it interesting, doing things I would have never tried on my own. I was 110% satisfied with @ellenniemanfitnessplans I could have not asked for more nor expected the support, feedback and guidance received. The support from Ellen to believe in yourself and push limits beyond just what you think you can do and the results from doing so are exceptional. I enjoyed this so much I’m already signed up for March Madness. I also am doing her 5day split program in the interim. Overall, I think they challenge has been a great experience. The community is wonderful and supportive. I love that there are both home and gym versions. The only thing I would change in the future is splitting it up by number of workouts per week. Obviously those who are able to workout 5 days per week are going to have a more significant transition than those that can only workout 3x per week. I think this would level the playing field as far as the challenge and participating for prizes goes. Would also love to see longer challenges. 6 weeks was a great way to kick off the new year and get back into a routine if you had fallen off, but it seems most people are wishing it wasn't about to end. Would love to be able to do a 12 week challenge with the same concepts - I think the transformations in that time would be amazing! Looking forward to seeing what challenges you come up with in the future.

All in all I can say I’m definitely feeling stronger than before I started this challenge, and I would also do it again! Ellen provided a lot of support throughout the course and was very engaged with commenting and posting in the app. This program provides great structure and was a great way to help me lock into specific routines rather than sorta winging it. It’s not a great sub for fitness coaching (of course), and I often found myself needing to ask others for assistance with certain exercises I’d never done before or wasn’t sure about. Since form is often so important, I do wish there was more information in the Solin app on how to do things in the correct way to prevent hurting myself on things like barbells. This particular program definitely seems like a good fit for someone with a little more familiarity with the gym than a total beginner. The videos included with each exercise were super helpful but didn’t always give a good view on technique, etc.

I love the versatility of this app and program. You’re able to record your reps as well as your lbs and the instructional videos help out so much when you’ve maybe never done that workout before. What I love most is if you don’t have the gym equipment Ellen set up the home options too, so easy to replace something if you don’t have the equipment. Reviewing now that it’s done: Not as interactive as I would have liked but people are motivated and positive in the comment sections. This competition wasn’t really based on any clear goal and it was hard to tell what contributed to winning vs losing or what was being judged. They also closed to competition faster than was realistic for myself and others to get their photos in. This was ultimately no different than finding a random workout split online and doing it. This creator actually posts all the splits on her instagram for free, so I’m not sure why I paid for it here.
