Emilie has made an excellent challenge with Solin. It’s easy to navigate. It’s exactly what I need in order to succeed. I’m loving it so far. I purchased this because I need a good kick in the back side haha I need a motivator and this is giving it to me. I believe I will succeed till the end. I love how supportive Emilie and the community are. Emilie really provides a lot of resources to help you with your transformation (macros calculators, recipes, exercises with videos, etc). I’m loving the challenge so far!

I loved this challenge! Worth every penny-felt like having a personal trainer. 5 days a week of solid workouts that kept me engaged and pushed. Videos were so easy to access. I looked forward to each day bc it felt different enough to keep me interested, but comprehensive enough to get results. I definitely saw more definition in my muscles. Loved the affirmations too to kick start my day!!!
