Ive never been able to correctly do a hip thrust and actually feel it in my glutes until this program!!!

First and foremost, the community is amazing. Emily is so attentive and always hyping us up. Second, the app is very easy to use. I love how you can track how many reps and pounds you lift, and you can also add additional notes if you want. I also love the videos she includes to help make sure we use correct form. Overall, it’s worth every penny. Truly highly recommend!
