Strong Mom Reset is an awesome program! Emma's program helps you see improvement in strength and agility. You can work at your own pace but are also encouraged to push yourself. With 4 workout days and 3 rest days it's a really manageable program as a busy mom! Thanks so much, Emma!

This has been my favorite workout program I’ve ever done, by far! I love the videos that you can view as many times as you need for each move. It’s broken down super easy as well & the workouts flow really well. I plan to do it again in the future 🩷

Love these workouts! Usually takes me 25-35 minutes. Gets heart rate up and sweat pumping without cardio.
