Movement is Medicine. The goal of this challenge is to run from nothing to a 2K (1.25miles) efficiently & effectively will be our main goal of the program, while incorporating 2 workouts each week. The workouts will be an upper body and a lower body workout. While I don't focus on weight loss that may be a by-product of enjoying the movement first so it's not a chore everyday!
