This was my first challenge & it won't be my last! Erin does a great job w/ her content each week. As a beginner in the gym I appreciated her videos of each exercise to ensure l was doing it with correct form. I was able to get in and out of the gym quicker by having her workout plan (reps and sets) right on my phone. The community definitely helped keep me consistent and I feel like I have now developed the discipline of a daily routine in the gym. Overall 10/10. If you are on the fence, definitely go for it. I loved how simple this whole process was. Normally when starting a new program, it’s easy to give up in the beginning due to them being confusing and very overwhelming.
