This is an 8-week program I put together specifically for the purpose of building lean muscle. It incorporates much of what i've learned over the years building a physique that's not only impressive, but sustainable - because what's the point of having a lean, cut physique if you can only maintain it for a few weeks at a time?

12 WK Shred Fat Loss Program

i like how it hits group of muscles, especially that it’s my first trial for Push / Pull / leg workout. i love the challenge in the Cardio days, but i miss the intensity in the workout, particularly the number of exercises for each muscle; for example i used to hit my chest with 4 exercises in a day for one in a week, now as per the push day, it only hits it with 2 exercises in a day for once a week as well, the question here, are we still building muscles using this way? or if we are making cardio more that will help us building muscles instead? Thank you Andre
