100% exceeded my expectations. I expected to see some toning in my body but not the weight loss I experienced. I went from 210 pounds at the beginning to 195 pounds at the end. Although I am not at a my target weight, this is a tremendous accomplishment in a matter of 4 weeks. Also, my body adjusted a lot faster than I had thought to the low carb, low fat diet. The first three days were hard in terms of my energy but I bounced back really fast and actually felt more energy during workouts. I really appreciated all of the detail for the dieting in the various packets. It was really clear what needed to be done providing recipes, guidelines, etc. so I appreciated that.
