The Glute Builder Challenge is designed with that journey in mind. It’s not about quick fixes or punishing workouts. It’s about building a foundation of strength, both mentally and physically, with workouts that meet you where you are.
We are following a 3-day workout split, with an optional fourth workout. Every muscle will be worked, but each workout will focus a little extra on the glutes, core and pelvic floor, because this is our base. The glutes and the pelvic floor are BFFs. It will help improve prolapse, diastasis recti, leaking and back pain.
This program includes video demonstrations and clear exercise guidance for every set and rep, so you never wonder what to do next. Plus, there is specialized tracking in the app to log your progress in a way that’s simple, motivating, and tailored to you.

This may not seem like a lot, but I am in a stage where my body is gaining muscle and losing weight! I know…I never thought that was possible. All that to say- the program works!
