I love that this program kept pushing me to lift heavier. I have done a bunch of Ashley’s programs but I always played it safe. This time I really pushed myself and double a lot of my weights or got out of my own head. Miss her follow alongs but for some reason got so much more out of this. Love walking around with my legs feeling so strong!

Got involved to create an exercise routine and although I had a week of vacation, I was motivated to do something even if I couldn't access the program. I have done her programs in the past and enjoy them greatly. Highly recommend.

I was already a big Ashley fan before doing this challenge— but, she did it again! She’s knocked it out of the park with an amazing challenge, brought together a group of women who all encouraged each other and cheered each other on, and got us excited about taking care of ourselves! I haven’t been this consistent since my third baby was born, and I’m just feeling so amazing right now— and really motivated to keep up this consistency even after the challenge😊

I love how Ashley has three levels and how she has a video to show how to do each exercise! I love how they can be done at home with minimal equipment and the amount of time it takes to complete the workout

I am loving Ashley's Glute Builder program. I'm already a committed member of Get Mom Strong, so I knew I would love it. But the group aspect, the fun of the contest etc, has been a fun motivator to go hard at this! :) Enjoying it very much.
