At 45 and navigating perimenopause, I felt like my body wasn’t my own anymore. I was dealing with constant bloating, inflammation, weight gain, brain fog, low energy, and honestly, a dip in confidence and clarity. I joined this six-week program because I’ve followed Grizzo for a while and deeply respect her, I was hoping some of her magic might rub off on me and that this might be the thing that finally helps…. It didn’t just help. It changed my life. In six weeks, I lost 17 pounds and multiple dress sizes, but more importantly, I gained energy, confidence, mental clarity, and a sense of ownership over my body again. I’m no longer bloated or inflamed, and I feel better than I did in college. Grizzo showed up for us every single day. She created a community where I felt safe sharing vulnerable things, and she responded with real, thoughtful support. The mindset exercises and prompts made this more than just a workout challenge, it truly transformed my mind, body, and spirit. And the Solin app made it seamless. It’s intuitive, organized, and easy to track workouts and progress. I’ve quit programs before because the apps were confusing, that was never an issue here. I actually looked forward to opening the Solin app! If you’re on the fence, especially if you’re struggling with hormonal changes or feeling disconnected from your body, I can’t recommend this enough. Grizzo and Solin created something special. I’m beyond grateful!

I loved the workouts. They were simple enough yet effective. I got so much stronger in only six weeks. Grizzo was so supportive and motivating during the whole challenge. Her mindset missions challenged us to be better not only at gym but in our lives. And the whole community was amazing too! Everyone supporting each other and cheering for each other. What more could you wish for! This was the best start to the year, I feel like I'm ready to continue this journey by myself now as I got the right tools. I would definitely recommend Grizzo's challenges to everyone and anyone.

Easy to track, fast paced, not to much exercises on top of each other, gives you time to recompose in between sets, I'm loving it Best thing is that I can get to do different exercises from the ones the personal from my gym lists and I can if needed do a home workout as it is listed also, don't need to keep inventing something to try and do similar, there's a list already
