Grizzo will be coaching you the entire way. This is the plan she has followed, that allows her to maintain her physique without sacrificing her quality of life. Remember, training is ADDITIVE to our lives, it should NOT make it harder.
We will be weightlifting to build that hourglass shape and grow our glutes. Simultaneously, we are following structured low intensity cardio to achieve fat loss and reveal that muscle in time for summer.

I loved the workouts. They were simple enough yet effective. I got so much stronger in only six weeks. Grizzo was so supportive and motivating during the whole challenge. Easy to track, fast paced, not to much exercises on top of each other, gives you time to recompose in between sets, I'm loving it Best thing is that I can get to do different exercises from the ones the personal from my gym lists and I can if needed do a home workout as it is listed also, don't need to keep inventing something to try and do similar, there's a list already

I feel like myself and back in control of my body... I lost 17 lbs (164-147), and even smaller now than I was in college!!
In 6 weeks I lost about 6kg. Actually I didn’t realize it until I took photos today. It shocked me (in a good way), and really made my day!
Before this challenge, I felt unmotivated for my workout. I hated mirror, because when I saw my body, it just gave me more insecurities. But this challenge helped me a lot. With a good community, we shared our goals, our thoughts, motivations, etc. Now I feel more happy, more comfortable, more stronger, and more love for myself.
Before this challenge, I felt hopeless, exhausted, and like I was living in a stranger’s body. Perimenopause brought weight gain, bloat, depression and brain fog. At 45, I truly wondered, “Is this just my new normal?” Now I feel energized, clear-headed, STRONG and genuinely EXCITED again!
Before this challenge i was active but not consistent and I didnt see much progress. Now I feel like I've become more disciplined and my consistency shows with how much stronger ive become. I've seen myself being able to push more weight and ive noticed muscle definition forming.
