I’ve been meaning to post so many time about the small wins that happened almost every week in this challenge! My goal at the beginning was to get stronger, especially in my pelvis and see what that does to my back pain… I haven’t lost 1 pound even though I did 4-5 days and eating well which first was a little disappointing. BUT! Yesterday I went to a trampoline park with my 3 year old son. Guys! I DIDN’T pee my pants!! I read that somebody’s goal was to achieve that and I realized that that should have been my goal, too. And I did it!! Huge win!!

I LOVE the workouts and detail in explaining the form and breathing pattern focus. The only thing that is very frustrating are the videos sometimes take forever to load and will pause and unpause. Makes it hard to move through the workout smoothly sometimes :(

This has exceeded my expectations. It has everything I’ve been looking for: pelvic floor focus, rotation, mobility, strength training, repeating workouts, progressive overload (not HIIT with weights). By far the best purchase I’ve made. I’m so excited to take this at my pace and repeat through to the more advanced moves. So much education and thought went into this. I am loving the consistency with this program already - after a spinal injury a year ago where I now. don’t have much access to plantar flex/jump on from my left leg and recently finishing grad school I’m just happy to be treating myself to functional movement and re-learning new ways to access the mechanics of my body 💕

I love that Hannah is very thorough, provides modifications to utilize in all settings. This has been helping me be less stiff and rigid it has been lessening the tension I experience due to long periods of sitting.

This program is the best workout I’ve ever had. It keeps it fresh everyday while also challenging you to push past your current goals. I am 7 months postpartum with my third baby and I have never felt so in tune with my body as I do now after these work outs. There is so much information to learn on top of the regular daily workout. I am beyond grateful for Hannah and her team for creating this challenge. I will be able to use the workouts and the research for years to come. This is exactly what I needed to get myself on track. I purchased this program because I had been following Hannah for many years and when I saw that she was hosting a challenge I really wanted to participate and support her and honestly, I didn’t think that I was going to be as invested as I am. She’s put together an amazing program that really makes you want to stay consistent and focused. Not knowing a lot about working out, she has spent so much time explaining the workouts making modifications and giving you so many options that I just feel like I can actually do it and that makes me want to keep going.
