Really enjoyed the workout, love the variation of all different types of level from beginning to a little more intermediate. Noticed that I was definitely weaker than I expected. But it’s OK.

Hannah’s program allows me to not only feel strong but to improve my mobility and pelvic floor health. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my hips and pelvic floor prior to this program. I am feeling stronger each day while also feeling improvement flexibility and less pain.

I truly despise core work and stretching (lol) but I am so grateful for Hannah's programs! She thoroughly teaches your core/pelvic floor - must be in alignment in order to get the results that you want out of literally any exercise that you do. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about this AND she is walking PROOF that it works! I am also a mom of 3 young kiddos and she truly inspires me. I am happy I decided to purchase this work out program to follow along because it has given me the accountability that I desperately needed. I also have had Hannah's postpartum/core rehab program for years but have always made every excuse in the book to not fully finish it. I have really enjoyed this 6-week program so far and plan to do it again and again! Hannah is truly the best there is when it comes to functional and intentional exercise. This challenge has helped me remember that even a little bit counts. My core and posture has improved greatly. This went into almost as much depth as my pelvic floor PT did. Can’t wait to keep going!

I’ll admit I slacked off a little bit this challenge because life was so busy in March (way busier than normal) and I also got sick week 3 with horrible body aches. I loved this challenge though. I’m definitely going to purchasing the Enough challenge and go full force no excuses for that one 💪🏼

This program is worth far more than what you pay for it. Between the shift in focus/ priority of a workout and the education Hannah's provides you definitely get your money worth. I can tell a huge difference in my core and my strength but even more importantly, my mentality!

It baffles me the amount of education in this challenge. I’ve had PF therapy, and a lot of what she teaches (even more so) would be worth hundreds per session in PF therapy. On top of that, it’s helped my alignment and continuously learn how to better my core engagement and strengthen areas I need strengthened and release areas I need to release. I’m so thankful I did this challenge! My FAVORITE days are deep core/mobility and the athleticism days!

I’ve been meaning to post so many time about the small wins that happened almost every week in this challenge! My goal at the beginning was to get stronger, especially in my pelvis and see what that does to my back pain… I haven’t lost 1 pound even though I did 4-5 days and eating well which first was a little disappointing. BUT! Yesterday I went to a trampoline park with my 3 year old son. Guys! I DIDN’T pee my pants!! I read that somebody’s goal was to achieve that and I realized that that should have been my goal, too. And I did it!! Huge win!!

I LOVE the workouts and detail in explaining the form and breathing pattern focus. The only thing that is very frustrating are the videos sometimes take forever to load and will pause and unpause. Makes it hard to move through the workout smoothly sometimes :(

This program is the best workout I’ve ever had. It keeps it fresh everyday while also challenging you to push past your current goals. I am 7 months postpartum with my third baby and I have never felt so in tune with my body as I do now after these work outs. There is so much information to learn on top of the regular daily workout. I purchased this program because I had been following Hannah for many years and when I saw that she was hosting a challenge I really wanted to participate and support her and honestly, I didn’t think that I was going to be as invested as I am. I just finished week 1. I like the info she gives and her thoroughness, however I believe the application itself is glitchy and not very flowing. I’m used to an app called Ladder and it just kind of flows together as opposed to a PDF with videos in it. I really dislike this format.

First, let me start off by saying I LOVE Hannah. I’ve been following her since before she had kids and I think she is so relatable, knowledgeable, and inspiring. This program is educational and comprehensive, but it’s almost too much of a “choose your own adventure.” I know the workouts get shorter as you become more familiar with the program, but the beginning stages are very difficult to move past. I almost wish it was a phased approach into helping you learn as you go vs giving you all of the literature up front. The format makes me have analysis paralysis when choosing what to do in the 25 min window I have. Also, I had previously been using the Ladder app and that format is hard to beat with the timers and in ear coaching. I’m still glad I bought the program and have it as an educational tool, but I’ll profitably start writing my own workouts again while applying this knowledge since I only have 25-30 mins per day max to lift with a 7 month old
