Stronger Through Menopause
This is a great program with well thought out and balanced workout programs. Days are flexible if you need to shift around and customized so you can use weights to fit your strength and goals. I was encouraged when I saw sprint training thrown in, because I haven’t done that in years but I did alright and I’m excited to see how I improve. That alone could be the difference I need to see results that I haven’t had before.

I am loving Corin’s program! The workouts are well organized and easy to follow. The pelvic floor exercises are actually helping with lower back pain I have and knowing why exertion level to use per day/ per workout is so helpful to me. The nutrition info is so helpful also, she has helped me realize I have been focusing on calories rather than protein and fiber and it’s really simplified eating for me and I feel so much better overall. I highly recommend her program!
