I've always been someone who prioritizes her health and working out. After life threw some major curve balls with my brother being diagnosed with brain cancer shortly after I moved across the country away from my family, I had completely given up on my own health goals and myself. I felt paralyzed and hoped this challenge would help me refocus, even if I couldn't be perfect.
