REBORN POSTPARTUM was inspired by the transformation that happens when you become a mother. Postpartum is more than physical recovery - it’s a completely new chapter of life that shifts your identity, your routines, your priorities, and the way you see yourself. In many ways, you are learning to rediscover who you are while stepping into motherhood at the same time.

This program isn’t about “bouncing back.” Motherhood changes you, and I don’t believe the goal should be returning to who you were before. Instead, this is about moving forward - rebuilding your strength, confidence, energy, and sense of self as the new version of you. A reborn version.

After having my baby, I realized fitness looked different too. Workouts were no longer long gym sessions or perfectly planned routines. They became shorter, more intentional, and done at home with my baby nearby.

This 6-week program is designed to support you in safely rebuilding strength during the postpartum period, while respecting your body’s recovery and the demands of motherhood. It’s built around real life - with at-home-friendly workouts that are simple, flexible, and designed to work with your day, not against it. The focus isn’t perfection, but steady, meaningful progress to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself again.
