I wish we could add work outs that we do extra also don’t like that you only give one type of machine to use I.e smith bs squat rack or hip thrust machine vs hip thrust on rack or smith because not every gym has the same equipment

This program was so helpful! The workouts are intense but not so hard to the point where it makes you want to give up. I saw amazing results in my before and after pics and even dropped an entire pants size within this 4 week period. I ate in a calorie deficit, used Solins meal plan generator and did Jess’s workouts and I’ve never felt better!! I joined this challenge to lose weight and feel better and more confident in my clothes and I can 10000% say that it’s helped. I would recommend this challenge to anyone.
