OVERVIEW

The KariPucci Total Leg Burnout Challenge is a 2 week challenge designed to transform your legs. It is perfect for those looking to get back into their fitness groove or get into tip-top shape.

 

Legs are the most important muscle group in your body. Having stronger, leaner legs leads to an increase in metabolism, generating additional fat burn and an overall better physique. 

 

This is a program the two of us have developed over our years of training, carefully designed to help you get your legs & body looking great.

 

The challenge will be starting January 10th, with all of us following the same workout schedule through January 23rd. If you can't follow along with that exact schedule, that's okay too - you can go at your own pace.
