I overall think that the workouts and splits are awesome!! if i have to give a couple things for it to be 5 stars it would have to be how long the duration of the workout is. I feel like an hour and then staying to do cardio and abs on top of a 60 min workout is a lot. That kind of goes into my next thing. I wish that the workout included core workouts in the duration. I have back issues and hitting core is important, but i’m gassed by the end that i just do cardio and go home. But I overall have felt stronger and proud that i’ve been sticking to the plan!

I absolutely adored this 6-week program! I love Katie down, I’ve been an avid follower and fan girl for the last 2 years or so! The only minor thing I would change about this program would be a little bit of feedback such as if I should increase weight, lower weight, correct form, etc. but I know Katie is a BUSY GAL. So I understand that it isn’t always plausible. If Katie decides to do this again, I will definitely be joining, thank you for this amazing opportunity!
