I absolutely love the flexibility that Kimmie provides in her training programs. I think it caters to all no matter their fitness level, I definitely recommend taking the chance on her training programs. Not only does she provide visual examples of each exercise but you also get a wonderful virtual community who keep each other motivated. This is your sign to try it out, believe in yourself because Kimmie definitely does! 💝

Love the program! Thanks for taking the time. I know it took tedious details. Gives me a routine to stick to and don’t have to plan it out every week. Helps me stick to my original workouts while also adding some new challenges. Helps me correct my form, posture and speed. Love you Kimmie 😘

I have grown so much in these past 6 weeks, I am so happy and grateful for Kimmie’s motivation throughout the challenge! Through emotions of feeling weak, and defeated because of how hard some of the workouts felt for me. I was able to overcome that with the community and continued words of encouragement Kimmie provided through the workouts. I feel a difference and it has been great, I can’t wait for the next challenge 🤎

This program has been a game changer for the way I look at working out. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you have been struggling like I was to stay consistent with exercising. I am a former high level gymnast and I have not been this excited to workout since becoming a mom. It’s attainable, fun and easy to follow. Signing up for any future programs with Kimmie for sure!

This challenge has been so much fun so far! I absolutely love how Kimmie builds her classes and doesn’t overload with props and crazy movements. She carefully picks a reasonable number of exercises and props. Kimmie focuses on teaching proper alignment and proper muscle engagement, noticeably setting her apart from other instructors. I cannot recommend Nuri (and of course, Kimmie) enough!
