This is the beginning phase (weeks 1-4) to a 12 week leg program I will be releasing later on.
This is the training style I've used to develop my legs. Make sure you get a good warm-up before you begin each training day. Rest 2-3 days in between each leg day. Workouts are to be followed in order. Sets and reps are a baseline, perform more reps or use heavier weight if possible. At the end of the day, you are the only one that can push yourself.
