The Sculpt Method is a 6-week elevated training experience designed to seamlessly integrate strength training and pilates into one cohesive method. This isn’t random programming. It’s strategic, progressive, and built to deliver results you can see and feel.

Each week includes 3 progressive strength training sessions focused on sculpting muscle through proper form and progressive overload. These workouts are designed to build shape, definition, and true strength.

Alongside strength, you’ll complete 2 follow-along pilates sessions featuring real time coaching. These are not silent demos or quick voiceovers. You’ll be coached through every phase with cues on alignment, breath, tempo, and muscular engagement, so you don’t just go through the motions, you understand them.

The pilates flows are intentionally programmed to:

• Improve core integration and stability
• Enhance mobility and joint control

How It Works

Important Dates:

  • February 27th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

  • March 2nd: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • March 6th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • April 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.
