Lina posted very real and relatable inspirational messages throughout the challenge. The exercises didn't change week to week and so I learned what progressive overload really is. Highly recommend 👌

Lina and her program have been wonderful! Her constant encouragement and support have kept me going. I really enjoy the workouts. They are hard, but doable. It's been three weeks and I already see positive changes in my body. Can't wait for more of her challenges in the future.

I absolutely love this program. Love that’s there a gym and home option and that you can track the weight you use and reps . I also love that there’s a short video showing you how to do each move. But mostly loving how much stronger I’m feeling .

Workouts have been pretty good. I have been able to get through them all every week with slightly increasing the weight where I can. I do not dislike anything but would enjoy seeing different exercises weekly instead of the same ones, but I do understand the goal is trying to become better weekly with each exercise we’re doing. Other than that everything is really good. I’m waiting till Halloween to post a mid challenge photo.

My experience so far has been really nice the exercise exercises I really enjoy and the community is very engaged. I love these kind of challenges as they keep me motivated and accountable!!! Coach Lina is very engaged with the group and I appreciate all of her feedback

This is the best challenge I have been a part of! The workouts are great! They leave you feeling strong but sore and are not overwhelming. The community in the app is awesome and I feel like I will definitely use the workouts as a guide even after the challenge is over.

Loving the app, it’s so easy to use and great variety of food recipes. The community group is great and encouraging inspires me to train and watch healthy by making my own food instead of eating ultra processed food. Love how Lina interacts with the community group all great support.

I wanted to try something to challenge myself and also learn some new ways to workout- I am motivated to work out but sometimes I would feel like I didn’t know what to do- I can already see from the workout plan that I was over doing cardio and not lifting heavy enough - demonstrated videos are also super helpful- love this challenge! Lina is the best !!

I love everything about it. Best online app ever used. The only thing I wish you can add is tips on posture during each exercise and weights recommendation for beginners, intermediate, and expert.

The app was a little old. Nice to use either gym or home but should be able to have other options for an exercise. For example- there were no squats in the home tab but that could’ve been an option for the goblet squat. No options for an exercise.
