Hi bestiessss!!!!!
Are you ready to join me on a journey of growth and transformation? The New Years Challenge is finally here and I’m so excited to share something with you that I’ve secretly been working on the past few months.
This winter I really wanted to take things seriously and focus on building as much muscle as possible. So before sharing anything, I decided to test this brand new program on myself first. I kept it pretty quiet online because it’s completely different from how I’ve trained the past years, but it ended up being exactly what I needed.
And honestly, I’ve made so much progress and because it worked so well for me, I’m finally ready to share it with you. 🤍
This year Solin is also giving away $100K in prize money for the best transformations during the New Years Challenges. If you ever wanted a real shot at a glow-up and incredible prizes, this is your moment.
I personally followed this program while bulking because my goal is to grow as much muscle as possible. But you can also follow it perfectly on maintenance or in a cut. The structure works for every phase depending on your calories.
I’ve shared my fitness journey online for over four and a half years now and trust me, progress is never a straight upward line. Not for me and not for anyone. You’ll have ups and downs but staying consistent is always what gets you to your goals in the end.
I’m proud of where I am now. I used to feel like a tall thin flat stick and all I ever wanted was to feel strong and confident and actually build shape. Even now I sometimes still feel that way, as crazy as it sounds. But those are the moments I put my progress pictures side by side and remind myself that sometimes you need to pause and look back at how far you’ve already come. 💗
My goal has always been to build muscle and become the strongest version of myself mentally and physically. And I thought, how fun would it be to do this together this time?
With this challenge you’ll get a full six week workout plan, exercise guidance, sets and reps and our specialized weight tracking software so you can actually see your progress and celebrate your wins.
You’ll also be part of a supportive community, full of girls on the same journey, cheering each other on. ✨
So, are you ready to take the leap with me? Let’s make these six weeks a season of incredible growth both physically and mentally.

If there’s one major lesson I’ve learned in my fitness journey, it’s this — you can’t chase every goal at the same time. My biggest struggle? Wanting to hit new PRs on squat and bench while trying to grow my glutes and legs. But here’s the thing: to hit those PRs, I had to train for strength. So how could I expect my body to also prioritize growth? Strength (aka powerlifting) & bodybuilding (aka growth) are not the same — and training for one often comes at the expense of the other. At some point, you have to pick a lane. Chasing both will just leave you stuck, spinning in circles and frustrated by the lack of progress. After 6 years of chasing strength and hitting new PRs almost every month, I finally let go of always needing to lift heavier. I shifted my focus to training for growth — and that’s when the leg gains I had been chasing for years finally started showing up. Maybe I’ll work back up to my old PRs later, but right now, I’m building the physique I actually wanted all along. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Know the difference, and train with intention
