I loved this program! The length of each workout was perfect and makes it easier to fit into my commuting schedule to get movement in throughout the week - I really liked the variations of sets, different kinds of planks, different kinds of squats etc. makes it easy to take what I like and make my own workouts! Will continue to use this as a reference for the future and keep my eye out for any future programs by Maya.

Was good !!! Had to split it up due to kids bad nap but definitely would have kicked my butt more if all at once
