This 12-week program is ideal for beginners to any kind of strength training but can still be done by anyone with varying fitness levels.
The program is broken into 3 months (4 weeks = 1 month) and gets progressively more difficult from start to finish. Each week there are 3 workouts to be completed. Every day will reflect a full body workout but each day has a different emphasis.
