The challenge consists of multiple follow-along routines. All you need are dumbbells, so you can perform this from the gym or AT HOME if you have access to dumbbells at home.

You can also complete this program with a single weight load if that’s all you have access to.

I'll be including fully guided video demos directly in our challenge app so you know exactly how to perform all exercises.

We'll also have a private community area where we can all hang out, hold each other accountable, and share photos.
