Im loving this challenge it’s gotten me so strong in such a short time! One critical thing I wish we had was more descriptions for exercises!!!**

Videos were super helpful!! Love how you can add notes, change reps, select which exercises of either beginner or advanced are used aswell. This is a little much but I wish there was a “record” button so I wouldn’t have to go to camera and switch between the app and recording.

some of the poses (crow/frog) are not for beginners, still helps with progression but not sure if it’s attainable for a full beginner

Some of the beginner exercises are too hard, crow pose taps! I can't get anywhere near that, especially without blocks or other assistance
