"I first started following Pernilla’s workouts at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I was used to a pretty regular gym routine and taught yoga, so when I lost the facility I both exercised and taught at I felt lost, sad and lonely. The tools provided, the community and the simple habits that we are going to put into place during this 360 Lifestyle transformation Challenge is created to help you do exactly that! 

 

We all (myself included) go through challenges in life but if we set ourselves up for success by working on our self-awareness, self-love and mental and physical strength - we will be equipped to work through or overcome these obstacles with so much more ease, confidence and trust. And the little things that used to bring down our mood, won’t even be able to effect us anymore. IT’S POWERFUL and sooo cool how we have the ability to change for the better!! 

 

This November Challenge is meant to be different, it's meant to inspire change from within. 

 

The tactics, tools, & exercises in this challenge will help you build strong habits and transform the specific elements of your mindset, mental health, and/or physical fitness that you feel are holding you back most. 

 

One of the things that's helped me most is my morning routine. There's nothing more powerful than starting your day off right - building momentum from the moment you wake up and in this challenge, we'll all be incorporating a morning routine that is customized to YOU and your goals/schedule to start every day off right!

 

We'll also have daily journaling prompts, tons of nutritional guidance - including my recipe books (130+ recipes), daily chats in our private community, and daily workouts!!

 

There's a lot in this challenge - but what's most important is that you prioritize the aspects of the challenge that are most important to you. If you already have your workouts down, let's focus on the nutrition, mental health, journaling, or self-improvement aspects of the challenge. If you need the physical improvement, let's focus on the workouts & nutrition. If you simply need more high quality sleep, let's document that and prioritize it.

 

Whatever it is for you, it's my job to help you identify that and give you the structure + community to improve.

 

These routines & structures put forth in this challenge have been life transformational for me, and I can't wait to share them with you!
