My fitness journey began in 2020. After my freshman year of college took a TOLL on my body & my mental health.. I was desperate for a better solution that didn't leave me feeling miserable. I was what most would consider 'skinny fat' and I desperately wanted more shape and tone. I reluctantly picked up strength training for the first time.. I was nervous to train with heavy weights, but I took the leap of faith and WENT FOR IT. Four years later I am STILL BLOWN AWAY by the changes it brought to my physique AND my mental health. Listen- not only have I walked in your shoes and went through YEARS of trial and error to find out what WORKS, but I also studied these topics intently at university before earning my Bachelor's in Nutrition, and my Training Certification. I focus on the whole picture of health and wellness- my goal is to not only educate you, but help you develop habits that lead to LONG-TERM success, not just a short-term fix!
