PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Drain and pat dry the chickpeas if necessary.
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, tofu cubes, and chickpeas.
