1 cup Asparagus (134g)
3 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Season the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
