INGREDIENTS
150 g Baby Back Ribs
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Pat the baby back ribs dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and begins to pull away from the bone.
Optional: For a caramelized finish, uncover and broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
