1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (~62g)
1 tsp Olive Oil
30g Grilled Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Fresh Basil and Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rice the cauliflower by pulsing florets in a food processor until a rice-like texture forms. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes until slightly tender, then let cool.
