1/8 cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush it with olive oil.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, chopped fresh herbs, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon zest from half a lemon.
