PREPARATION
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Sauté the diced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the extra firm tofu (cubed) to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.
