1 teaspoon Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess water and crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Sauté the diced red bell pepper for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
