2 Whole Wheat Slider Buns

PREPARATION
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil (or cooking spray) over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, cooking until softened for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the lean ground turkey to the skillet. Break it up with a spatula and cook until lightly browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
