150g extra firm Tofu
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, chickpeas, and cubed tofu.
Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl along with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
