INGREDIENTS
1 piece Chicken Thigh (6 oz, skin-on, boneless)
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy skin.
Season the thigh generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the chicken thigh skin-side down and sear for about 5-6 minutes without disturbing, until the skin is deeply golden and crispy.
Flip the chicken and add the minced garlic, fresh thyme, and fresh parsley to the pan. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, spooning the infused oil and herbs over the chicken.
Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken for a bright finish during the last minute of cooking.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
