INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Almond Butter (32g)
1/2 cup Rolled Oats (40g)
1 large Egg (50g)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (20g)
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (30g)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda (2.5g)
1 pinch Salt (0.5g)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (5g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond butter, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in the rolled oats, whey protein powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming cookies about 1.5 inches in diameter. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are set and just beginning to turn golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
