PREPARATION
In a blender, combine rolled oats, banana, whole egg, egg whites, whey protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly thick.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the teaspoon of coconut oil, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.
