1 tsp Additional Cinnamon for Swirl
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking soda, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and stevia.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the nonfat Greek yogurt until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Reserve about 1/3 of the batter in a separate bowl and mix in the additional teaspoon of cinnamon to create the swirl.
