PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss garlic cloves lightly with a small drizzle of olive oil and wrap in foil. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into florets and steam or boil until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
