4 oz Chicken Breast
150 g White Button Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and mince the garlic.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.
Place the mushrooms in a roasting pan. Drizzle the garlic butter over them and toss to ensure even coating. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, fresh thyme, and rosemary.
