PREPARATION
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from heat and slice into strips.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
