INGREDIENTS
1 piece Chicken Thigh (200g, bone-in, skin-on)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped fresh rosemary and thyme leaves (remove leaves from the sprigs), salt, and black pepper.
Rub the herb and garlic mixture evenly over the chicken thigh, making sure to get some in the crevices under the skin.
Place the chicken thigh on the prepared baking sheet, skin side up.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
