PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly, pat dry, and pierce it several times with a fork. Place it on a baking sheet.
Bake the sweet potato for about 45-50 minutes or until soft inside.
While the sweet potato bakes, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once done, place on paper towels to drain and then crumble or slice into smaller pieces.
