INGREDIENTS
4 oz Branzino Fillet
2 oz Protein Pasta (dry)
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine chopped fresh parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil to create the herb crust.
Pat the Branzino fillet dry and gently press the herb mixture onto the skin side of the fillet.
Place the fillet on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, cook the protein pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a small pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice to the pan and toss in the cooked pasta, stirring to combine well and coat the pasta with the lemon garlic sauce.
Plate the pasta and place the baked Branzino on top. Garnish with additional fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon if desired, and season with extra salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy your balanced, flavorful meal.
